Shipping Policy


Thank You for ordering with Winter Solstice Hair Extensions!

Please keep your billing address and shipping address the same. We do not ship to P.O boxes. Make sure you enter the correct billing address that is associated with your billing address. If you don't enter the correct billing address your card wont process the payment.

1. If I order my product when will I receive it?

Allow 7-10 business days for your order to ship for Pre-Orders

All wigs are currently pre-order only. Once you place the order products will be shipped 7 - 10 business days from your order date. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days. During Major Sales and Promotions, orders may take up to 10 business days for orders to process. We will provide you a tracking order once we ship your order, which can take 5-7 business days to recover.

Allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship for non-wig orders

2. I just placed and order and want to make a change.

Order processing begins as soon as an it is is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.

3. I just placed an order and want to cancel.

We are sorry, once an order is submitted, it may not be canceled or refunded.  We encourage customers to their order details carefully before submitting their order.

4. My shipping label was printed but my tracking number has no movement?

Please allow up to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email to see movement on the carrier's website. If you do not see movement after 48 hours, please email us at wintersolsticeh@gmail.com

5. May I return my order?

Yes, you can make an exchange within 30 days. Winter Solstice Hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, cannot be combed, bushes, or tampered with in any way. If the hair is altered, we will return the hair back to you. We will give you further information once you reach out to us for an exchange. Please attach a note inside your package including your order number and Reason for return!

Please contact us first before refunding your package. Email us at: wintersolsticeh@gmail.com. All Winter Solstice Hair must be shipped back unopened in its original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the Winter Solstice Hair has been tampered with.

6. May I make an exchange?

You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs, and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because Winter Solstice Hair will not be responsible for lost returns.

A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened. Refunds are normally returned to your bank Card within 24-48Hrs.
